Anne Hathaway’s Hair and Fashion at the Oscar Nominees Luncheon
Anne Hathaway looked rather groomed and elegant at the launch of her latest movie, “Bride Wars” but at the Oscar nominees luncheon looked rather pale and miserable with a hairstyle that could almost have been described as gothic in nature.
Never one to shy away from the crowds, Anne is usually seen wearing a look that is of the latest fashion and it would seem that she had previously tried to shake off the young aura that she was given from the hit film “The Princess Diaries.”
However, the short wavy style that she was seen sporting at the luncheon was rather dull by comparison and in all the hairstyles that she has had over the years, this must surely be her worst?
With a short bob that fell just short of her shoulders, this look should have been the epitome of style with every starlet from here to Hollywood sporting such a look with it celebrating its 100th birthday this year. However, the loose ringlets that Anne wore with her short hair made her look more like a young girl than a Hollywood star and with the plain white dress that she accompanied it with, the look was more childish than glamorous.
In any other situation the hairstyle that Anne Hathaway was wearing would have looked cute and girlie but at an event with such prestige as the Oscars nominee luncheon, it would perhaps have been better to have put a little more thought and effort into the whole appearance?
