Amber Tamblyn Latest Fashion
AMC Lincoln Square Theater recently held the screening for “Beyond a Reasonable Doubt.” The event was hosted by The Cinema Society and The New Yorker. Amber Tamblyn attended looking worse than she ever has.
Amber is a beautiful woman but perhaps she was just sick that night. Or maybe it was simply the combination of an awful dress, bad makeup, and bad hairstyle. Whatever it was, Amber didn’t look like herself. Her face seemed too pale and bony. Her hair was in an up-do, parted in the center, and with the front pieces allowed to hang loose and frame her face. Great style, but a bad choice for her outfit since she looked too thin. Her makeup was a pale pink lipstick, purple eyeshadow that she used to highlight her eyes, and heavy eyeliner. She looked very similar to a ghost in the dark purple dress she wore.
The dress…what a disaster. She wore a dark purple number that looked like she had plucked it right out of a bad made-for-TV science fiction show. It was dark purple, covered with sequins, and looked as stiff as a piece of chain mail. Amber looked uncomfortable in it and it seemed like it would be hard to move around in that dress. It had capped sleeves trimmed in black sequins and the wide belt was also made of black sequins. The dress showed off her figure nicely, but it was just too dark a color. Her outfit was a combination of bad, and she ended up looking ill. Perhaps she would have looked better if the dress had been black, or her makeup done differently, but as it was, she looked like a wreck. Her ring was a huge, black square stone that did not belong anywhere near that outfit. The best things she had were her black heels, pantyhose, and the black clutch she carried.
